History of Boldman Printing
1920s
Shaw operated until 1978 when he sold the business to Doug Boldman.
Boldman moved the business to 122 S. Main Street and operated until 2006 when the Jones family purchased the business.
Many years have passed in the development of what is now Boldman Printing LLC. Our origins date back to the 1920s when Walter Calahan first started in the printing business. Calahan retired, selling his business in 1948 to Ken Shaw.
1978
2011
The Jones' moved Boldman Printing from Downtown Urbana in 2011 to 1333 N. Main St. The new location offers plenty of parking and a covered loading zone.
2018
In 2018 Boldman Printing became an Authorized Shipping Outlet for UPS accepting pre paid drop offs and offering all UPS shipping services.
2021
In August 2021 the Jones' purchased Main Graphics located at 113 N. Main St, Urbana and moved its operations to Boldman Printing.
